The Wacky Tool is a brass tool that is used with wacky rings for rigging a Wacky Rig. How to Use: When you are going to apply an O-ring to a DC 5” Sink 'N Catch Worm, slide an O-ring onto the larger diameter part of the Wacky Tool, then insert the Sink 'N Catch Worm to desired ring position. Slip the O-ring onto the Sink 'N Catch Worm and then insert the wacky rig hook under the O-ring.
